How to rent a car? - Booking process
Order:
Book your vehicle directly through the JL Rent website by email or phone. Telephone contact is preferred for immediate processing of the order and delivery of the car without unnecessary waiting. Simply book the vehicle for the specified date and time. Of course, we also provide the option of having the vehicle delivered to the agreed location. We are able to deliver the vehicle within 1.5 hours to any location in Prague.
Making an order:
What is required to rent a car? A valid ID, driving licence and a refundable deposit, which can be paid in cash, by bank transfer or by blocking it on a credit card when you hand over the vehicle. The amount of the deposit is either none or CZK 10,000 or more, depending on the type of car, depending on the type of insurance and deductible chosen. In addition, a rental fee is charged for the vehicle depending on the length of the rental and the type of vehicle. In the case of a long-term rental, for example for half a year, the client pays rent for each month of rental.
Vehicle handover and payment:
JL Rent offers the possibility of picking up the vehicle at our headquarters or free delivery to an agreed location in Prague. Upon handover of the vehicle, unless otherwise specified, the client signs the contract and the handover report, which serves to verify the condition, cleanliness and any damage to the vehicle.
Returning the vehicle:
The time of handover must always be arranged in advance. At our family-run JL Rent, the customer always comes first and we will always accommodate you, so whatever time you need to return your car, contact our team to arrange your return in advance.
